1. General

These terms govern your use of the orenstack.com website and any products or services purchased from Oren Stack. By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and services

Products and services are described on this website as accurately as possible. Digital products are delivered by download or license key after payment. Services (consulting, retainers, project work) are delivered according to a written agreement, statement of work, or proposal accepted by both parties before work begins.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in the shop at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment is due as specified at checkout or in the agreed proposal. We may withhold delivery of digital products until payment is confirmed.

4. Refunds and withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services and digital content under EU consumer law, unless the service was started with your express consent and fully performed, or the digital content was supplied with your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right. Our refund policy is detailed on the Refunds page.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and all deliverables produced by Oren Stack, remain the intellectual property of Oren Stack unless transferred by written agreement. We grant you a licence to use any digital products you purchase for your own business purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

Oren Stack provides software and services on an “as is” basis where no specific guarantee is stated in an agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria. As a consumer within the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
