TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made from Oren Stack through the orenstack.com website or by invoice. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

  1. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Digital products are delivered by download or license key after payment is confirmed. Services are delivered according to a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.
  2. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of late payment, Oren Stack reserves the right to suspend provision of services and to claim statutory interest on late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Oren Stack reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service. Any related collection costs will be payable by the client to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, subject to the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy (services fully performed with consent, digital content delivered with acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right, and custom-made work are excluded).
  5. Oren Stack delivers software and services on an "as is" basis where no specific guarantee is stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
  6. Any claim concerning delivered goods or services must be notified to Oren Stack in writing within a reasonable period after delivery or provision, and no later than 14 days.
  7. All contractual relations are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
